The view is of an historic brick building that is kitty corner across from the photographer's vantage point. The perspective is from above, because the photo was taken from the top of a building across from the focus of the phoograph.
This is a view of the Monroe Convention Center at the southwest corner of 3rd Street and College Avenue, as it stood on Sept. 9, 2021, as seen the top of the 4th Street parking garage.
