David G. Henry is an at-large representative on the Monroe County Council, an elected position he has held since January 2025.
He works as a consultant doing government project management in homeland security, intelligence and information-sharing programs. He also teaches on those topics at the Indiana University O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs. He previously held leadership positions with the Monroe County Democratic Party, including serving as chair from 2022 through 2024.
He lives in Van Buren Township with his wife and three kids.
